American Draperies & Blinds, Inc. offers our customers a free Lifetime Warranty on many of our products. This guarantees that all of the drapes and horizontal mini-blinds we manufacture at our factories located right here in the USA will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or parts forever!

This means whether you own our drapes and blinds 10 years or 30 years, American Draperies & Blinds, Inc. will either repair or replace these products for "free" if they ever fail to operate properly due to faulty parts or workmanship.

How can we afford to offer this unprecedented Lifetime Warranty on the drapes and "user tough" horizontal mini-blinds we manufacture? It is easy, because we are convinced that we produce the strongest and longest lasting window treatments you can buy anywhere in America.

 

Our Obligation

When American Draperies & Blinds, Inc. receives a claim covered by this Warranty, we will repair or replace any drape or horizontal mini-blind found to be defective in either workmanship or material part. We will also pay for the shipping of the product back to you anywhere in the Continental United States.

 

Limitations of Warranty

This guarantee does not apply to any drape or horizontal mini-blind or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, direct exposure to harsh or severe conditions, salt air, wood blinds normal color fading due to sunlight, failure to follow American Draperies & Blinds, Inc. instructions for measuring, installation, cleaning, or the proper operation of our products.

 

Drape Fabric Variations

Although we clearly hand select only the finest "first quality" fabrics for our drapes, normal variations do occur in fabrics such as slight nubs, wearing variations, slubs, fabric blemishes, and dye lot color or hue changes. These imperfections are all considered normal and a typical part of the fabric and therefore should not be considered as unusual. Such normal variations cannot be exchanged, repaired, returned or covered either expressly or implied under any warranty or guarantee offered by American Draperies & Blinds, Inc.

 

Variations in Color, Tones, Hues

While we endeavor to always provide the most accurate depiction and photographs of our products, inevitable variations can and do occur normally. There can be slight differences in color, hues, and tones solely based on individual computer monitors, differences in dye lots of the materials, and very minor subtleties in shading, textures, and coloration that are difficult to perceive or fully grasp from a mere photographic image.

The vast majority of our customers find the computer image of our products adequate and acceptable to make their selection.

However, if you feel more comfortable seeing a sample of the material product first, you may request free samples before you place your order with us. Because many of our drapes and blinds are custom made to your precise size specifications, they cannot be returned if a slight color variation occurs. Also, remember, that even the sample swatch and finished product you received may vary slightly in dye lot or color tone.
